TruFrag is Aurigene’s Fragment-Based Drug Discovery platform for progams focusing on soluble proteins. With a growing collection of over 1,000 fragments in compliance with “Rule of three”, TruFrag aims at providing novel chemical space on any chosen target. TruFrag offers validated approach integrating protein production, NMR based screening, X-ray crystallography and computational chemistry for fragment based Hit generation. Furthermore, Aurigene has seamless capabilities to take the project to Lead/ Lead Optimisation stage depending on individual collaborators requirements.
